BOURDEL Maxime a débuté sa carrière en restauration comme serveur puis apprenti sommelier pendant 2 ans.
En 2010 il obtient le Brevet Professionnel en sommellerie et depuis il ne cesse de se parfaire en dégustant régulièrement directement chez les vignerons ou dans divers salons annuels (ex : Salon Millésime Bio à Montpellier, Salon 10 vins cochons à Châteldon …)
Il est également dégustateur au Concours International des vins biologiques à Montpellier.
C’est avec toutes ces armes qu’il a créé sa société de vente de vins (M&Vins) aux restaurants, ainsi qu’aux particuliers lors des Ateliers Tuppeboare et aussi sur différents marchés de la région.
